EquipmentLoan.ai is a commercial equipment financing brokerage. We match borrowers with equipment finance specialists and lending partners based on equipment type, deal size, and lender fit. We are not a lender.We do not make credit decisions, fund loans, or guarantee approval, pricing, or terms. Any financing offer you receive comes from a third-party lending partner and is subject to that lender's own underwriting and terms.

No guarantee of approval or terms

Submitting a request through the Site does not guarantee that you will be matched with a lender, approved for financing, or offered any particular rate or term. Equipment loan rates and approval outcomes depend on individual borrower and deal characteristics and are determined solely by the applicable lender.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, current information when submitting a request through the Site, and not to use the Site to submit fraudulent, misleading, or unauthorized information on behalf of another person or business.

Intellectual property

The Site, including its text, design, and branding, is owned by EquipmentLoan.ai or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute Site content without our permission, except as permitted by law.

Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information on the Site (including rate or timeline information) is complete or current.
